Philo Lilo...

I think this pic is pretty funny. Guess what I used to get her to pose like that? Hehehe...

She's all grown!

Yeap, she's grown! Philo's grown.. and smarter too! Tomorrow, we'll be sending her to the vet to spay her... errr.. before she reaches her first puberty.. :P She's looking more like a golden retriever now.. hehehe..

Home Sweet Home... Sept'08

Since I'm now cutting back on my trips back home..yaya.. because most of the time hubs won't be travelling with me, so I'll just go back once a month... I hate travelling alone... but sometimes, I find it good.. it gives me some "PEACE" and my mind off work and life here. I do look forward to going home.. but sometimes the thought of travelling and alone...really puts me off.. especially when I didn't manage to get the bus operator that I wanted. :P Hahaa.. so much for excuses huh?.. anyway.. some pics while I was home...

Philo's grown so much! She's so tall and lanky now.. mum feeds her at least twice a day (rice & lamb/chicken/beef) and in between, snacks.. but she's still not as chubby as we want her to be.. perhaps her metabolism rate is too high.. just like her two owners.. :P both having "chopstick" legs like her. Hahaha. Anyway, she's a hyperactive puppy.. and should be 5 months plus old already...

My cute little nieces....(elder one is 7 yrs old, the younger one is 3 this year) ..Arghh.. I miss them so.. and that reminds me.. I just bought them dresses when shopping with Shirley At Holland V. They're just too cute to resist. I hope it fits them.. from the last time I saw them.. hehehehe...And I hope my cuz doesn't make noise that I'm pampering them.. After all... I do not have kids on my own yet.. Kakaka...

Us... on the way from church for lunch.. and then to the bus station to head back to Spore... Just thought of taking pics while in the car.. hahahaha...

Can't wait for the next trip home.. which will be a day after my birthday... woohoo! It's our birthday month... :)

Am wondering...

... when am I going to have a baby?...

This was my profile caption in Facebook about 5 days ago... And.. I received some response such as this:

1) Nine months later.. patience.
2) woohoo! Yea I am waiting for you to have a baby!
3) you are pregnant?????? if yes, congratulation .......
4) do it more frequently wink ^_^

Haha. Hilarious.

But right now, I think I just need a dog... A dog, exactly like.. P-H-I-L-O. :) She's a baby to me now.... Hehehe...

Growing Up Beautifully

Yes, I'm talking abt Philo! At 4 months plus now, she's really grown. Lanky legs, just like my bro.. Hahaha.. mum said she's getting smarter each day.. Kekeke...I hope she doesn't grow too fast the next time I go back Melaka towards the end of Sept. Hehehe...

**********

Brief updates of what has been happening over the week:

Mon: 2nd half day of work I went to the other Flextronics plant in Joo Koon Circle. My boss drove us there, and when he checked his speedometer it's like 40km one way from Changi to Joo Koon. Gosh!. It's actually almost reaching Tuas area. You can see the plant along the expressway.. Near Volvo and Sony. :) Had a short line tour and blabla, then he drove us back.. (another 40km!)

Tues: Was at customer's place in the morning half @ Serangoon. They then invited me for lunch. Hehehe. Came back, busy with work, then rushed for cell. Took 3 buses just to reach Shirley's place. *Phew*

Wed: Was in Batu Pahat whole day for a supplier's audit. (2nd visit already). It was pretty interesting. Came back, missed the co. bus, but we managed to make it on time to go for gym, just slightly later. Ran for 5km, walk for 1km... All in all, it was good. I felt so refreshed. :)

Thurs: Work was as usual... then I stayed back in office rather late.. about 10pm I left the office. Tiring. Had so many things to do.. sigh..

Fri: Yippeee.. Thank God It's Friday! Went back about 6plus.. Hehehe... Didn't do much as Jason had to study..

Sat: Woke up real late.. just in time for lunch. Went to Parkway Parade as I was craving forAjisen Ramen. (Have not been going out for real good food, that's why you see lack of food pics the past few weeks). Hahaha. Did a little shopping before heading for church. :) Yes, GE runners get a 20% discount off for Adidas ladies' apparel including caps and water bottle. Right now, I think I have one full set of all Adidas stuffs. Thinking of getting another pair of shorts. Hahaha.
After church, we went to catch a movie, Star Wars:The Clone with our free movie passes. Not really a good show, though I think I would have enjoyed Money No Enough more, but we didn't manage to get good seats. :)
Came back about 2plus (yeah, we went for mamak nearby together with FL, RL, MT, Jason & myself) when he sent us back home. And that was when I signed up for Stan Chart 10km-women run. Hahahaha.

So now, I need to train, really, really hard!!!

Till then, will update today's activity real soon.. Chaoz....

In Malacca... *updated*

Was in Malacca last weekend, and I really miss home! Aihh.. there's still no place like home.. either at my parents or at my own home... And my dad still tells me.. "Put aside the political and economical situation here, Malaysia is still the best place to live in". I can agree 101% to it. And that's why, we're never, ever, ever, giving up our citizenship. :P We hope to retire in M'sia some day. Jason's looking forward to it. So we must set a target to retire earlier than the usual age. Hahahaha.. God-willing. :)

Updates on Philo:
She's grown since the last 2 weeks I went back. She's much taller now, and is already at about 3 months plus. Playful as ever. Check out the video. :P

She and her slippers. Mum was eating fried bananas. And she knows. :P

Next up is baby Ethan! Yes... I managed to squeeze in some time to visit mummy Liza, daddy Len, & baby Ethan. He's really grown so much and his face somehow changed a bit. This time got a mixture of both of his mum & dad. Hehehe.
Managed to catch a few of his cute little antics. Hehe. Just wondering how come none of my friends have baby girls this year? So far I know, all giving birth to boys! :) Tis' the season? Hehehe. Check out the video of Ethan. He's trying to talk :)

Missing Philo *sob sob*

Yes, I really missed her. She's so fun, though she kept on biting my feet, toes, fingers, and anything else her mouth could get on to, to ease the "itchiness" of her gum as she's teething right now.

She's just soooo adorable! Sigh.. And I can see mum's rather "attached" to her too.. This is the first time a dog has ever stepped foot into my parents' house. Hahaha. My dad dislikes dogs, but looking at Philo and her funny antics (not to mention very smart ones too!) it's so hard not to like her.... I did see a smile on dad's face when she gave her "10-cent" face when mum scolded her. Mum's been telling me everyday about her funny antics. I wished I didn't have to go back to Segamat. I wished I could stay longer to play with her. I know the next time round, I might not see her already, as Auds will be bringing her back to KL.

I hope mum gets one too. Hahaha. She said it's quite a stress-reliever after a hard day's work. She's so manja too at times. She has the cute eyes of a cocker, nice fur like a retriever, and ears abit like the cocker.. and brains? Both! She's just so smart! And only at 2 months! My cousin taught her some tricks, like to sit, and to paw. And she could do it. Mum and I tried to teach her how to roll... But I guess she's still young, don't know how to roll. Hahaha... Ah.. missing her...
