Jamie-boy & Sam-girl :)

He's such a cutie... I just smiled at him and "talked" to him and he smiled and laughed back at me... It's so heartwarming... What a cheerful babe...Not to mention, Fay's niece was also a cutie pie.. she's only about 2 yrs... and she's sooo cute.. hehehe... glad to have visited her... can't wait for baby James to come down to Spore so that I have a baby to play with... kekeke.. :P

China-town

It was a random thing... Clone just text asking if I would like to go to Chinatown to jalan-jalan and I said yes! And so.. after changing my monies at Raffles Place (the queue was just so amazing and the money changer actually ran out of MYR! End up changing at the one next to it....), I rushed to the MRT station to meet up with her... And so... these are some of the pics.. more pics on my Facebook!

After coming out from the exit from the MRT station

Can you spot Clone?

Nice brushes, huh?

So red!

We walked to Clarke Quay after that... :)

While taking pics, Clone being a "perfectionist" kept on asking me to pose over & over again...

...again...

And out of a sudden, two ang-mos came into the pic.. it's so funny! Clone couldn't help laughing, thus the blur pic...*sad*

My painted fingernails.... :)

My nicely painted toenails.. hehehe.. :)

It was truly a great evening, and I reached home half past midnight.. :P.... Just love the random-ness of the whole thing.. nothing planned, just go.. hope to do it someday soon again.. :)

Till then, folks, have a Blessed Lunar New Year & May God bless you & family as you usher in this "niu" year.. :)

Post CNY Holidays (II) & Lavi's Hens Night

The next morning we had a marathon visitation, first to my greatgrandma's place, then later on to my aunts on my mum side. It was kind of a rush because Jason wanted to go back to Segamat again. (His friends are still around). After all the visitation, we took a rest, and Jason headed home with Lavi's fiancee, also from Segamat. (Cool or what? What's the probability of 2 ex-classmates finding their partners, from the same hometown?).

After dinner with parents, parents sent me to Raffles to join the ladies for Lavi's hens night. Some of them had dinner there, and once done, we moved on to Harper's.

Yen bought a nice sash from Oz-land which spells out "bride to be", and wore it over Lavi. She was to wear it the whole night through, and the catch is, she must get at least 10 guys numbers and signature on it. :) She easily got more than that as there were many St. Davidians who were there too.. And as the night went on, Lavi with a few shots of Bailey's, she managed to get a few random guys signatures too (the DJ, cute angmo, not-bad-looking chinese guy). Hehehe... Overall, it was a nice time, but I was rather sleepy and tired before the clock striked 12. As I heard, Harper's closed at about 2am ( the time my bro came to fetch me back), and the ladies went for mamak after that. Wonder what time they went home. I was totally "flat out" by then..

Hehehe... Looking at the pics, I really miss the times we were back in school.. so carefree, easier to meet up and so on.. Anyway, thumbs up for SY who organised the gathering... :) Till then, ladies, hope to see you soon.. perhaps during Lavi's wedding :P

Post CNY Holidays (I)

CNY has just passed a few days ago, and I'm back to work since yesterday, Tuesday. Ahhh... really no mood to work.. but work has already been piled up...
Anyway, some flashbacks of how my CNY was spent...

Went back straight to Jason's homey on Tuesday eve by train, reached Segamat at about 10pm. Spent the eve, first and a bit of 2nd day of CNY there plainy eating, visiting, watching tv, sleeping. That's how I now need to go on a strict diet. :P

On the 2nd day we came back to Melaka after lunch, and headed straight for grandma's house in Masjid Tanah. Down there, couldn't resist her itik tim soup; and her sate ayam and her acar. After that, went back to bath, and rushed for steamboat dinner at my 2nd uncle's (dad's side) place.

At about a few minutes past 9pm, called my classmates and met up with them at Asian Havana cafe. It's a new cafe, apparently it's quite a happening place in Malacca, or so... that's what we thought. Hehehe.. Ambience of the cafe was not bad, but found it quite cramp and small for big groups. And they only have one floor. And drinks there.. hmm.. no comments, but I thought the ice blended mocha I ordered was very plain and diluted. Anyway, it was really good to see everyone after a full long year.. :P
