Drastic Changes *edited*
This morning, there was a commotion in the office. I heard one of the managers got retrenched. Since I was attending to customer's quality issue, I was at the production floor and did not surface up to the office floor till close to about 11am.
That's when I heard the shocking news. 5 people got it, where out of 3 were managers, and out of it was my plant manager.... Seriously speechless...
With all these ongoing, plus the deployment of the industrial section, and "job-match" session ongoing, it kinda sets the uneasy mood. There will be another wave to come.. just praying and hoping things goes smoothly for myself and colleagues in the same dept..
