Over breakfast today, the conversation was mainly on the retrenchment exercise which will take place somewhere next week. It was rather funny because out of the five of us, all wanted to 'volunteer' for the retrenchment exercise as the package was not that bad :P

As for me, one of them said that if they include those who are resigning within this period as part of the 10% (~200 people), then, it'll be good! I can leave earlier, go back to Melaka for a rest/short break before I start on my new job on 28th Apr. Oh well, I can only hope for the best. Hehehe.

As it is, now everyone is starting to clear their desks/emails.. and also checking if their leaves are frozen.. then it is the sign.. hahaha... Because if you do get 'thrown' out, within 24 hours you will have to leave the co, which leaves you no time to clear your desk. And in fact, they won't even allow you to go back to the office. For mine, all is cleared, except for my plants. So if anything do happens, hubs will take back my plants for me. Hehehe.

Oh well.. thank God it's Friday today! Have no mood to do any work since Wednesday. Looking forward to going to Wild Wild Wet this Sunday. Hubs managed to get free tix from company after balloting for it. WooHoo! Have a blessed weekend ya all..
