Small World
Last Thursday, after a meeting, I came back to my desk. And I saw an email from a name so familar. It was my ex-classmate, GSC!! I clicked on her properties profile to see which AMD site is she in, I thought she was in the Penang plant, but she was in the Singapore plant!
Immediately I searched her through IM and found her and asked where she was sittting. I went over to have a chat and tea-session with her. It was her fourth day at work, and she only realised I was in the same company after checking my Friendster profile. Wow... Never thought it can be a good source of information. Hehehe.
That goes to show, it's really a small world. But when I told her I was already leaving, she had this 'regret-look' on her face. She's still thinking whether she made the right move to go to AMD. Hehehe. But just like me, it's just like a stepping stone to come to Spore.
