::relax::

It was a relaxing weekend. Usually when we do not go back home, it's a relaxing weekend as we get to sleep in on Saturday mornings. Yeah! And though it was relaxing, I was busy. Busy trying to get a dress for my niece, who will be the flower girl for my friend's wedding, and also of course, looking out for a dress myself. It's rather difficult getting a reasonably-priced apple green/white (her color-theme) dress here. Perhaps, I didn't look around hard enough. Hehehe. Or shall look around in KL. Yeah...

It was also our first time at the Young Adults Service on Sat @5pm. We usually joined the adult service on Sun mornings. After that, we adjourned for a gathering for a friend's belated birthday dinner celebration in Spaggedies in Tanglin Mall. There were about 15 of us, imagine the long table!

Before service, we were at Ang Mo Kio, sourcing for a a good price for Nikon P5k. And guess what? It's been obseleted, and now it's replaced by Nikon P5100. Which is 12.1MP! Wow! It was just launched not long ago. And at the same time, we were introduced to a semi-SLR, Panasonic FZ18. The review is pretty good. And hmm.. the features are also rather impressive, image stabilizer, and best of all, 18x optical zoom! The con part is that it's bulky. Sigh. The lens is rather big. (else how can it zoom 18x and still super pixel clear?) But.. it's a Panasonic :( In terms of $ comparison, it's just a mere $70 or $80 more than the Nikon P5100. But then again, eRic!'s words are still ringing in my mine about the dress thingy. Hehehe. Jason's more keen on the Fz18, (he said we can still use back our old Nikon 7900 as a compact) but then again, eRic! advised, if we were to get that, then might as well get a dSLR straight away. Sigh. More, more, & more decisions!!

Anyway, we'll see what's the outcome after the Raya break.
Am so looking forward to meeting up my ex-schoolmates. Hehehe...

Till then.. adios...
