Of crunches, sit-ups, ball-rolling...
Yesterday's gym session was really good... After TBT (Tummy, Butt, Thigh) class which we did lots of abs (including countless times of different crunches and sit-ups), I attended the complimentary personal training session... Which means I had a personal trainer to assess my fitness. :) After filling up my particulars, I had to keep on reminding him that I just finished TBT class, so I could feel the burning of my tummy muscles.. hahaha..
Started off with the machines that you need to use ur tummy muscles/ abs to pull ur legs up and down.. doing this repeatitively.. for about 10-15 times. So, I did, and it was ok... then next went to do running for 5 mins with inclination to check my heart rate.. it was also ok.. then next session was mainly on floor exercise.. which some of it were super..... "shiong"! And he made me do so many times like.. like 20 times and 2 sets of reps.. It was really burning! And he told me that seeing that I was rather "flexible", he said he asked me to do some of the advance ones.... Bad right?
After everything, he taught how to do stretching... the last part where the pressure was on my back.. I could hear the small bones "crackling".. it was good.. my body felt really stretched and good...
But today, I can't tell you how difficult it is for me when I laugh or eat too much.. hehehe.. tummy muscles still aching.. but not as bad when I went for class the first time... And yup.. I like my tummy now... hehehehe...I hope I can maintain this till after CNY with all the eating that we're going to have.. oh no... hehehe.. till then.. will be back in Malacca/ Segamat this weekend..
