Workout
Yup, it was a great gym workout. Being stressed yesterday and today, it really felt good to go to the gym. I went with my friend who is a member at Planet Fitness. And wow. She signed us up for the TBT - Tummy, Butt, Thighs workout. It was really good. After the whole session, (start 6.30-7.30pm), I felt like my tummy was bashed up by someone for more than 100 times. And my thighs were stretched to the max. Next, we went for the Spinner class. It's basically cycling but it's not just simple cycling. It's like stand up and cycle and cannot move your shoulder/ body kinda thing. It was really trying, that I just decided to cycle fast and with higher tension.
Phew. My tummy, butt, arms ache now. I hope I'll be ok tomorrow. Anyway, perhaps the next round, after the TBT, I'll go running. The treadmills are just super cool. And they play movies over their LCD screens. Can keep me running for long time.
And one thing good, you don't have to bring many things. They have shower there for you, body wash and shampoo, hair-dryer, towels and all. So, basically, if I want to go impromptu, I could just do it too. Hehehe..
