:: Impromptu-ness ::

Aha.. I've never been in an impromptu or as spontaneous position before.. not until yesterday. On Saturday night, after dinner, Jason asked around those who wanted to go to ECP. The next morning, after a slight delay, we finally arrived close to 10am, at ECP, the bike & skates rental shop. All five of us, KC(driver), Jason, me, PX, CL. CL & KC went blading, while the remaining three of us went for a jog. Jason dropped out after 10 mins of jogging, while we both continued. Abt half an hour or so, I had to stop. My knee was starting to "ache" (was running on cement!), and so we decided to walk back to the bike rental shop.

They waited for us at Subway close to 12.10pm. It started to drizzle.. and Jason & I felt lazy to meet up another bunch of friends for lunch at Spageddies, Paragon at 2pm. The thought of taking the train or the bus puts us off. And it's also because we have been sinfully eating the 2 days before (seafood on Friday, Jap Marche the night before-will blog about this soon)that we felt, we need to have a break from all these food. Hahaha. So in the end, Jason called LC to let them know we will pass the lunch.

That said, PX casually said she wanted a foot massage because I guess our legs were quite stretched after the run, and CL said she badly needed a haircut. And then, Jason casually just said, "Let's go to JB". All eyes were immediately on him, and KC, said,"Sure, why not?!". The girls was like "Reallyyy?". Then asked again if we were serious on going. Checked with KC, he's free to use the car, and everyone had nothing on in the afternoon.. So, after brunch at the HK cafe nearby (it was raining cats & dogs!), KC sent each of us home to shower and to freshen up.

At about 2.45pm, he fetched us all, and after a few U-turns here and there, we finally made it to Jusco Tebrau City (edited: the largest shopping mall in JB) at around 4pm. First headed for a restaurant as we were all so hungry. We walked in to Johnny's. Yummy. I missed my tomyam. Next, CL & I went to the salon, I went to wash my hair. Just needed a massage. :P, then we went to catch a movie, Water Horse. Didn't get to do a foot massage because the parlor was full! And the waiting list was rather long. We left close to 10pm. The queue to Woodlands checkpoint started at half way through the causeway. Hahaha. By the time we reachedhome, was about 11.45pm.

CL & PX agreed that we should do this impromptu thingy again. This time, for Karaoke, and will leave in the morning. Hehehe. And we won't announce the plan till the very last minute. :P CL did mentioned that travelling in smaller groups are much easier, as we took less than 10 mins to make a decision to go to JB, to eat, to decide on what movie, to get a place in a restaurant and etc. And besides, we get to bond better that way. Bigger groups are ok too.. perhaps anything lesser than 2 car-load. :P If it's too big, it'll be impossible to bond with everyone, and there won't be any impromptu-ness anymore because by then, you will definitely need to use your head and plan! Else we'll be stuck at the same place for more than half an hour just to decide on where to eat, as it always does happen. Don't you agree with me? *wink*

[edited] Note: KC managed to find out that the
largest Jusco in M'sia and S.E.A. would be AEON Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, the one in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
