Muthu's Curry

Last Friday, we had another session of team building for our department. Besides, we had our India counterpart with us for the past two weeks as he was here for training. We were given a budget of $15 per person. And my boss thought it was a great idea to have some Indian cuisine. Yum yum!
And so, we headed for Muthu's Curry, along Race Course Road, near Ferrer Park MRT station. Rather a distance from AMD though. We took cabs , all 15 of us. Was rather impressed with the outlook of the restaurant.. It's something like the Bonani we have back in Melaka. But that is only North Indian cuisine. This one had everything from India. Boss ordered food, and we ate biryani rice. It's spicy, can see everyone sweating.. but it was nice. Only 3 of the guys couldn't eat spicy stuffs, their tables had the most number of cups of water. Hehehe. They were indeed, "suffering".

At the entrance to the restaurant. It's a whole building by itself

Masala chicken. Yummy! I was whacking this all the way...

Chicken Tandoori

Paneer: It's blended spinach with cottage cheese. And guess what? It's superb! I thought it would be yucky, but my coll who went to India highly recommended this. And my boss likes this too.

The highlight of it all, fish head curry. It's so good that we just took the naan and covered this with the gravy. Can drink it. yummy!

We had desserts, and this is peach sorbet. It's in the fruit itself. And this alone costs $8. Half of our budget/pax.It's also nice. Not too sweet. I like it.

We definitely exceeded our budget already, I guess boss topped it up for us. Hehehe.

Feeling hungry already? *wink*
