Fish Head Curry

Yeah... we never saw it. It was always right in front of our eyes, till one local told us that the we should try the fish head curry at the Bedok Interchange. Bedok Interchange is a lively place. You can find many things, from A-Z, many rows of shops, and also a main foodcourt there. Thus, usually when we're bored, the nearest place we'd hang out if not to town will be at the interchange.

It's actually a bus interchange, and if you walk further down, there is the Bedok MRT. This stall was next to the thong shui (sweet desserts) stall, where we usually have our desserts there (nice, cheap, big bowl). Jason went the whole of food court to check if there were other fish head curry stalls in the food court, but looks like this was the only one.

And, when the fish came.. wow.. it was so nice...but of course slightly expensive. A medium size one is $16. But, they have lady's fingers, long beans, brinjals and the spices used are very nice. And surprisingly, for Sporean taste, it's rather spicy. So we ate it and I was sipping through the gravy. Yum yum. L can testify to it too. It was a good one, but a dish we can't take it too often.

The yummy fish head curry
