Life In the Lion City

It has been slightly over a month since we ever came here.
And life.. hmm.. pretty much can't say anything much.. Just that we're living in this concrete jungle.
Like what some said, "pigeon holes". Hehehe. :P
Aside to all these, I still see much more greens that I see back home in Msia. It is a fact.

The road leading straight up to my block. On the right is a primary school.

Taken from the lift lobby of my block, out to the road. Turn left, after the school, is the food court below.

The food court where we have our meals. Just as we come out from the junction from our block. Sells great soups.

From the bus stop opposite the road. The school is the yellow and blue building.
The community hub that we pass by in the morning on the way/back to/from work. This is a basketball court, of course, minus the tents which they are preparing for a community activity next month.
This, is the street soccer or futsal court. Every block tamans they have at least these 2 courts. Very well maintained.

The pathway all along the blocks. The tarred road is for bicycles and joggers, cement paths usually for walkers.. sometimes with dogs.

Shady trees all along the way. Nice huh? Quite a number of fruit trees too. Here, can be seen are mango trees.

Nangka (jackfruit) trees

Nice jogging paths..

The children's playground. We need to pass through 2 playgrounds on the way to/from work. Their floor is totally padded, that when you walk, it feels as though you're walking on spring. :)

The overhead bridge that we need to cross over to get to the company. After that, about a few metres away to the main gate.
