It's been awhile...
Yups, it has been awhile since I actually updated my blog....Was rather busy at work (yeah, even though I tendered in my resignation already)... as there were customer audits around the corner... But thank God, it wasn't a hectic one, as I was just there to standby... before this, we had to slog so hard to make sure everything was perfect in my boss's eyes...muahahhaa...ever since we tendered in our resignation letter, life has been good for me.. at least.. for me lah.. Jason was still loaded with work..The fact that I put on at least 1.5kg in the past 1 month shows that I'm less stressed & pressured.....
Also, we had to make 2 trips down to S'pore to look for a place to stay...it ain't easy for us.. as we had to go through so much of hassle... and to cut the story short, we opted for a masterbedroom, staying with a family... no choice.. a 2 room apt costs us a bomb, that we decided, the extra money could be just well dumped into our house loan here...so, a bedroom it is, at least, it comes furnished, with a/cond, bed, 4 door cupboard ( I love this)... and also allowed to use washing machine to wash clothes, and bla.... not a small room, at least half the size of our bedroom here in Melaka... and they have a cute toy dog.. will post some pics of it when we move there...so, not so bad lah... well, property prices in Spore is going up higher as the days goes by...can't complain much... everyone in Spore we know tells us we got a good deal.. Praise God & thank God for it...
The time is coming to end for us in Qimonda... Monday (9th April) will be our last day at work.... Hard to leave as I have to admit it, besides the workload/ "people" that I have to face everyday, I have been quite comfortable in my small cubicle.... can't deny it, colleagues who have turned into friends over the 3 years, helped me alot... but well, things have also changed over the past few years.... that it actually also helped me to make this decision to move... besides, it coincided with the change of direction of the company too.. :).....
And so, am looking forward to my last day... hopefully I do not cry bucket of tears on that day.. (Yeah right).. and also, thanks to all of you who have taken us out for lunch over the past week... was truly great having spent the time with you all.. appreciate it lots...
Will be up in KL on Tuesday to go for a haircut.. yes, I definitely need one as my hair is getting unruly now..I right now, if I can still afford to go up to KL, I will go, at least, because I trust Jason's uncle's skills.. muahahhaa...Then the next day, we'll be off to Jakarta.. will be visiting Bandung.... whooopie.. Aunt said it's a shopping haven... and also, the whole trip it's some sort like a 2nd hooneymoon-cum-holiday for us before we start our new journey in Spore...Wanted to go to Phuket, but Jason's dad had no peace in us going.. besides, the country is really not stable at the moment... So, we decided to go over to JKT to visit my aunt there who is working there as a GM of a company...we thought we would be staying in her bungalow, but she surprised us and told us that she has placed us in Hilton, and.... don't worry abt the costs... wow!Was a blessing in disguise... Thanked her so much... so we're looking forward to the trip & to meet her.. we will be back on Sunday....wanting to go to church and experience their kind of service there....
