woopiiie.. I'm back... with some random updates..

1) Wanted
Yes, starring Angelina Jolie... Cool show. We were at Bishan's Junction 8 for the movie after dinner at the food court nearby. Show was at 9.20pm we got ready and went in by 9.25pm. Thought we were late, but nooooo... then came 9.45pm.. still no show.. not even adverts.. then came 10pm, then 10.15pm.. by this time, many people were outside making noise that the show is not starting.. some even left and went off! Finally we were told that it will start in 10 mins time. But then again, it didn't.. we were half way walking out when the lights started to dim and we saw something on the screen.. Hooray, we thought. After all the waiting, we thought no more adverts and trailers.. but how wrong were we.. the show finally started at about 10.40pm. Ended at about 12.30am.. Then we walked out to get our free complimentary pass (because of the blunder they made) and we still had our 2 popcorns and large cokes for free.. :) TGV made a big loss that night I guess.. After that our dear Punchie sent us back (both of us, Duns, Clone)..but before going back, we went to the mamak shop nearby my place for a drink.. We thought it was just awhile, but we looked at our watches, it was 2.30am! By the time we got home and slept was close to 3am... And guess what time I woke up the next day... 1pm. Hahaha. It was a good catch up..

2) My Dell lappy
Woohoo! I'm getting a replacement for my current Dell lappy because it came without the T7250 processor.. And thereafter, they will give me a refund of $89. After going through their customer service, I would say, super excellent service.. In less than 5 minutes after I scanned and emailed them my invoice/ order form, they gave me the green light for the exchange. Very impressive service...And guess what.. their customer care service is in Penang... :)

3) Philo
Yeah, Audrey (my bro's gf) got a pup from a friend. And she stayed at my place for a week, and kept the pup in the bathroom while they went out or at night. (my bro assured me they have cleaned the pee & poo already)... And since they have gone to Thailand for 10 days starting from Monday (backpacking from Chiangmai to Bangkok), they left the pup at my parents place. I texted mum just now and she said the pup is giving her headache because she "clings" to my mum always, and when my mum leaves, she barks or makes noise at her. I was laughing when she texted me back. Hahaha. So funny. I told her, she's just 2 months old! And she's just acting like a baby... But mum said she's rather well behaved. Good thing! Anyway, while my parents are at school, my aunt is taking care of the pup for Auds. I bet she'll be fat and rosy by the time they get back. Knowing my aunt... Hahaha.. and yeah, by the way, the little cutie's name is Philo (fee-low). She's a Comfort Retriever - Cocker Spaniel mix Golden Retriever. Can't wait to see her this weekend!

4) Back-to-school
Yups, my darling husband is going back to school! He just finished his preparatory classes 2 weeks ago, and now waiting to start on his new semester somewhere in July. His schedule will be tight though.. with 4 days a week of classes.. But it's ok I guess... People always say we're young.. we can still afford to "slog" so make the best use out of it.. Besides, the course ends end of next year, so it'll be pretty fast before you know, he's done with it.. I guess that's why basically I left AMD.. it's really a place for retirement.. and after a year doing "nothing" I guessed I had enough.. :P While he's away for classes, I will find some other things to do like busying myself making wedding invites.. for a friend's wedding end of the year..Bought the tools and materials.. So I'm set to go.. WooHoo! Can't wait for the weddings this year.. Will be going for Lavi's end of the month.. woohoo! Get to meet everyone again...

5) Mum-to-be
Met up with Fay & MTing on Friday over dinner. We had lots of stuffs to chat.. then Steven joined us later...She still looked great... hot mama.. Slim as ever (ahh.. wished I can be that slim!).. And her bump showing a lil.. she was sharing with me on her experience being pregnant (she has not thought about the birth part and being parents part yet) and she said it's a good feeling. Everything feels good when you're preggie. And they're expecting a baby boy! Well, I told her, I can't wait to have the same experience as her.. soon... I told her.. perhaps next year if things goes well with hubs.. At the same time, also looking into the prospect of buying a place here as it's just not worth paying the scoring high rental here... All these, just to settle "down". Hehehe...Soon... soon...And also, we can't decide whether to raise our child here or back home.. sigh.. decisions, decisions... something we all have to go through.. *sigh*
