Swimming

Went swimming yesterday evening. Took the company bus so we had to rush down, as the bus leaves on time. Dropped us near Tampines. We walked to Safra Tampines. It's not a public pool. It's only for those who served in the National Service here, so they & their families able to use the facilities here. CW brought us there, paid for our entry, and *splash* into the pool. It has been such a super long time since we actually went for swimming. They have other great facilities here too. Badminton courts, gym (very cool!), bowling alley, and so on. So, you are actually able to see guys with 6-packs all around the area. :P

Anyway, did my 5 laps, and did extra one more before leaving the pool. I think Jason did more than 6. We're quite determined to lose some fats. After that, we went to Tampines Mall. Thought we're able to get some great food at the Hokkaido Food Fair there. But we were too late. They close at 8pm. Later, we parted ways, and Jason and I went to Ajisen Ramen. Was so hungry. Ate a bowl of Spicey Ramen, and softshell crabs. Went around, looking for goggles, as I didn't bring mine and I think I gave mine to my mum. And then, it was back home. My arms and under-arms never ached so much in my life before. Couldn't even carry the bag properly. Reached home, had one dragonfruit each, then went to bed. Was "dead" tired. Surprisingly this morning my underarms didn't ache one bit, but whole body was feeling a bit heavy. I guessed because we did some warm-ups before swimming. It pays. Else, cramps here and there.

Ok... chaoz..
