Just another Saturday...
Well, today was just another Saturday... a rather busy one though.Got all my b'maids to the seamstress today to get their dresses..Some were done, some were not, oh well, that's the way it goes with this seamstress...I have no idea why she likes to delay making customers' clothes, heard some complaints abt her earlier on and I thought, oh well, worth the try..But after going through a tough time (I started going to her since May!!!), up till now, things are still left hanging.. sigh.. I vow to myself, never to recommend her to any of my friends, be it for their wedding gowns, or any evening dress, or anything at all!Why take so many orders when you know you can't cope at all??!!
This is one thing that I don't understand about her.. Promises after promises (that my dresses will be ready, but all was in vain) ah well, thank God once my clothes (& bridal party's clothes) are done, I shall have nothing to do with her in the future... muahahaha..
Well, on the other hand, had a nice time buying tea set for the tea ceremony.Goodness, I think not many ppl would know this shop exists!!Came to know about it through my aunt, and it sells things from A-Z about Chinese customary stuffs for weddings.Tea set, rice bags, ang pows, oil lamps, baby's bathtub, baby's mittens, and etc.It was cool!Ended up buying more than a tea set. :(
After all the going up and down, rested awhile, and continued sewing my ring pillow (yes, I'm doing one specially to go with my theme color :P)
Can forsee the new few weeks till the wedding will be a busy one..
Will start painting my master bedroom this whole week before the furniture & fittings come in by the end of the week...
till then, might not be blogging so often.. (Unless I'm free at home).
